Age of Ultron Heroes in Age of Ultron?

So during the final battle with Ultron who do you think we will see? I know for sure we will see Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver.

Now some characters I think would be a missed "Universe" opportunity to just show up and help with the final battle would be Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Falcon, Iron Patriot/War Machine, Agent 13, Jasper Sitwell, Melinda May, Coulson, Agent Ward, Agent Fitz, Agent Simmons, Skye, Winter Soldier, Deathlocke, Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and Jessica Jones.

I know it seems like a crap load and too much but I imagine this huge epic battle with everyone who's been established coming together to save the day. Including the well known Shield Agents (possibly including the two from Item 47.)
It could possibly even end with someone propossing the super hero registration act.

Sorry but the title just made me think of some outlandish crossover that puts the likes of Hiro, Sylar and the regenerating cheerleader in with the Avengers world and I was like, stuck for a moment.

Anyways, I think it'd be incredibly convoluted to include all those, especially since Iron Fist, Cage and Jones aren't even established yet. I think ultimately they'll only include those who are absolutely crucial. Meaning we probably won't get the Agents gang unless we get Coulson, which I haven't heard anything about him returning for AoU.

Heroes there bringing that back ! but back on topic let`s wait and see them for Avengers 3 the showdown with Thanos. The Avengers will need all the help they can get !

Your not the only one, though I largely tend to focus on Hiro, as he's the only one who has any business joining the Avengers. *cough*

Anyway, I doubt anybody will be involved besides the Avengers proper, including those introduced in the movie. There *might* be quick cameo or easter egg appearances, but I doubt there will be a ton of extra heroes joining the final battle or whatnot.

Adding more characters just for the sakeof having more characters is an awful idea. We dont need to see every face we've seen and more. This would come off like the battle at the end of Anchorman 2

Of the extras suggested, I could see Falcon being part of the fight, since he's got actual history as an Avenger, but it's so many characters as it is. A bunch of SHIELD agents with guns won't do much, and they're not going to shoehorn in the Defenders just for the sake of it. Maybe in the third movie, since that's shaping up to be based on Infinity Gauntlet.

Marvel is saving the whole "the entire universe vs one villain" thing for Thanos. I guarantee you almost everyone you mentioned (except maybe some of the Agents of SHIELD OCs) will be in Avengers 3, alongside the Guardians & anyone introduced in Phase 3.

Yep, Avengers 3 will likely have the original 6 with the new guys Vision, Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver, plus the likes of Ms Marvel, Black Panther, War Machine (if he's not already in A2) & Falcon. Thanos is justification to bring everyone out!
