World Hey everybody, guess what I found!

^Tell me about it.All he does is talks a lot.

Oh and that soundtrack...what the ****? :csad:

BUT...I did see a lot that may have influenced the Raimi movies. i.e. the end especially.

i have a copy on dvd along with the making of documentary. if youve never seen the making of it i would reccomend you do. youll appreciate the film a bit more when you see what the guys did to get it made. like actually swinging from a building without any safety lines / nets etc. a bit cheesy but hell he got there before raimi

Isnt this the guy who made this video so he could star as Peter in James Cameron's Spider-Man?

Not seen this for a while, kinda makes you wanna make your own fan film.

I really didn't like it. I would give that film a 4 out of 10

You guys are forgetting when this was made. This was around the early nineties, and this was just some random guy who wanted to make his own fanfilm. Back then, without tons of money, you used a ****ty video camera and had big 0 special effects 0 ways to edit a film cheaply. Let alone buying the film. I haven't seen the making of Doc, but I want to. I curious what he shot this on. If tape, then how'd he edit it? And if film, how'd he afford it. Remember, no computer editing software back then, and designed a whole film simply for the fanboy inside of him. You can say "meh" all you want, but this is impressive as hell.

Don't forget...This film was made on a $400 budget.

I have watched this film a few times in the past few years, and I have always thought that for a fan-film this is spectacular.

all the effects were done in camera on a panasonic vhs camera. it had like a split frame feature that htey used for the wall crawling. its all in the making of. he did it purely as a spidey fanatic and on 400 dollars and a lot of bottle (seen any of the rooftop stuff !) he did a fair job. was just him and a bunch of friends. also on the dvd are other shorts he did with other villains such as mysterio and bullseye. even the webshooting is very clever, they used a high pressure sprayer and lots of milk. sounds wierd but it worked.

This fan film was fantastic. It's still better then any other Spider-man fan film out there.

Personally, I kinda liked it. Just proves to me that you don't need a huge Hollywood budget if you've got a good imagination. Plus, I've been looking around my local conventions to find a copy of this film, and I've never found anything until now.

Not bad for a fan film, heck I think I liked it more than the Nicholas Hammond Spider-man show.

Considering when it was made and that it is an amatuer film... It's pretty damn good... I have seen film school grad students who's work was worse. It is kind of funny how the ending of the fight matches the first film...
