Hidden Palms on the CW

saw the pilot, not a bad one. I found it to be very interesting. Its a drama which features two guest stars of the recently canceled OC. The show itself is like the OC, with a blend of Desperate Housewives and a Veronica Maras vibe. Heres a summary..

Johnny Miller was a happy, well-adjusted 15-year-old with good grades and a roomful of sports trophies until the terrible night his father committed suicide. Now, one year later, Johnny lives in the surreal, sun-drenched city of Palm Springs with his mother and her new husband. On the outside, Palm Springs is a shimmering paradise of resorts, swimming pools, golf courses and country clubs. But as Johnny learns the secrets that lie just beneath the surface of this seemingly typical neighborhood, he and his family are forced to ask the question: how well do you really know the people who live right next door? Hidden Palms is produced by Lionsgate Television, in association with Outerbanks Entertainment, and distributed by The CW Television Network. The series has been given an 8 episode initial order by the network.

hopefully its lasts more than 8 episodes lol the pilot is going to be aired March 6, 2007 at 9pm. at least i think it is lol

The show is on now for the summer. I think its a good and interesting summer show. The PILOT was okay, the second episode was great. The one thing Ithought about the PILOT was that the show had potential if it focused less on the adults and more on John's side of the story. The 2nd episode took that route and was great.

One of the aspects that will separate it from the crowd is that it really starts to play with ones sense of paranoia. The ending of the second episode was really creepy.

If the second episode was any indication we are in for one hell of a ride.

So if your looking for a good summer show I definitely suggest giving 'Hidden Palms' a try. You never know what lies hidden within Palm Springs.
