Well, not really, it's just a lot of deductive reason but in the whole context of the scene on New Krypton it could be something similar to "Look around you, this is your heritage, this is what your father gave me. All along this was your true purpose and you failed, you became too human while your father wished his world to be reborn." Then he probably goes on similar to this "and you know what, I did it. I made reality what you couldn't"
On the other hand I could be completely wrong. But think about it. What would devastate Superman more than Lex telling him that his Kryptonian heritage was supposed to destroy humanity as we know it and replace it with a new Krypton.
