So I'm moving to a new town soon and need some advice on a new ISP. I have more choices in this town than where I live now. They have a Satellite, DSL, and Cable. I want Fiber even if it's pricey, but it's not available in the area yet. I heard Satellite is better for rural areas where the other option aren't available, so I think it comes down to DSL vs Cable. I did my research and Cable has faster speeds but will be significantly slowed down during peak hours, while DSL is a direct line to the ISP and should not slow down during peak hours.
