I really love Anthony Hopkins, but I have to agree. Hopkins has been phoning in a lot of his performances lately, and Blessed with his big, booming voice would have been perfect for Odin. Still, Hopkins is great.

As much as I enjoyed the Brian Blessed rumors, I always thought that we needed a bigger name for Odin. Now with Portman and Hopkins, I think this film will generate some kind of credibility with the GA.
