Hot Toys Joker Repainting Artists??

Hi All was wondering how I would be able to come in contact with some one that is capable of recieving my hot toys joker, repainting adding some detail (like we have seen) and then have them send it back to me???

Also I was wondering if anyone out there is willing to sell their DCD goon mask to me alone??
