So are they actually releasing a revised version of V1? I resisted buying V1 and got the BRJ instead but this looks like it might be worth getting...need to see more pictures though.

Good question... I have V1 on order right now and im hoping it will ship out soon... I dont know if Id by anthor one like this having Dc Direct Joker already I dont need three purple suite Jokers... If the grenades are the only thing this brings new to the table Ill pass and by more grenades off ebay and just mod my own Hottoys Joker its not hard I already did it once with my Dc Direct... Now if it has a newer head scuplt on it like one at the meeting with the mob I would pick that off of ebay as well...

Cheap and easy of them? yeah, but that's a great looking pose. Wonder if the head sculpt is new or just the BR head

The ONLY way I would even consider buying yet ANOTHER expensive Joker figure, is if it's the same price and seriuosly higher quality. Otherwise, I'll pass.

I think this and the Police version (aka v3) are sold together, since it is advertised together in the last newsletter and both are labeled as MMS DX The Joker in both teaser pics. Either way, both figures look outstanding and I'll definitely gonna preorder it. t:

someone suggested to me,and i think this is the best best, is that you are getting ONE figure here...but he comes with the accessories to make 2,either Regular or Cop.....you know,2 different heads,2 sets of hands for each look,2 different sets of clothes,etc....but 1 body in the package...

That doesn't make sense to me since the body is probably the least custom part of the whole figure. I would think 2 heads, 2 hands, 2 accessories, and 2 sets of clothes would be more expensive for Hot Toys to make than another body.

I woud love for you to be right, but i dont think Hot Toys will do that, from a money point of view if they can get people to buy 2 figures i'm sure thay will.

Although, it feels like two separate products here, it is a bit odd for HT to titled both products as MMS DX The Joker in two separate teaser pics and in addition, having them both depicted together in one of the two released pics. However, like HotToyzJoker stated, “only time will tell…”

...as I recalled, it isn't the first time HT did a 2-in-1 figure.

Didn't someone post recently that bigbadtoystore was selling a Nurse Joker soon too? I find it hard to believe that they'd sell 2 Jokers (1 being a redo) so close together, especially when the third one (cop joker) hasn't even come out yet. Could just be an excellent photoshop pic.

I did no photoshop here and if you look at the cop joker thats right from Hottoys newsletter no edit on it and you can see the other joker in the backround....

And according to the newsletter I got, the so-called "clue package" that was sent out for Joker V.4 includued a swatch of purple fabric, as well as the picture of Cop-Joker with the purple suited Joker in the shadows, so it's possible it does indeed include the purple suit version as well. This could get interesting.

yep,Superman Returns...came with one body,2 heads,and 2 outfits to make Clark Kent or Superman...

It could be that Hot Toys are asuming ( probably quite correctly ) that most of the people ordering Cop Joker already have the previous versions. They have probably included the new coat, grenades and gloves as bonus items.
