How big a movie lover are you? A fun survey.

Discussion in 'SHH Community Forum' started by HeatSeeker, Apr 1, 2006.

  1. Someone posted this in my MySpace bulletin, thought I would post it here.

"This is a survey to see how big of a movie lover you are. Mark the ones you’ve seen in each group and put the total at the bottom of it. There are 20 groups, 200 movies total. Total all of the movies you’ve seen in each group at the bottom and find out how you scored.

And only movies you’ve seen all the way through count. None of this, “I saw bits and pieces of most of it 10 years ago.” Good luck.

0-50: Two thumbs down. Seriously, you need to get out more. Or stop being cheap.

51-100: One thumb down. About average. You may find it hard to get to the theater. Try renting.

101-150: One thumb up. Good job, you certainly like your movies. Try watching more of the classics and you'll grow as a movie watcher.

151-200: Two thumbs up. You, my friend, are a movie-viewing machine. Your new nickname is VCR. We bow before your presense."

    Post your score.

I scored an even 150. One more and I could have gotten two thumbs up. :(

quickest way to do this: paste the list into MS word or Excel, delete whatever movies you haven't seen, then see what line the list goes to

    I scored 152

I've seen 125. To get a higher score, though, I don't need to "watch more of the classics". I'd need to watch more things like Scream 3, Bride of Chucky, and Old School.

I've been watching movies since I was like, five. Die.

Actually... in ten years I've seen all that... that is kind of sad.

It's funny that it says "try watching more classics"......I've seen all of the old movies (I love and repeatedly watch the classics)....it's a lot of the newer ones I haven't bothered to see.

C'mon. If you haven't seen George of the Jungle, there is NO WAY you're a real movie fan.

I've seen George (so many times my head spins)...I have a kid, so all the childrens movies are seen over and over....it's things like Coach Carter, Team America, South Park....I don't hurry to see.

Oh...and my number was 163....I was just pointing out how that one definition could be way off depending on the watcher.

hey, South Park was a quality flick, extremely well done. You're robbing yourself by not checking it out.
