Like Marvel's in-house studio (and I guess, by extension now, Disney) has done with the Avengers:
*X-Men - Then again, the filmmakers can't even get the continuity within the X-Men films straight.

*Fantastic Four

*Daredevil/Elektra

well they just essentially just rebooted x men

and DD and F4 are also getting reboots

The main question, to me, is why would they want to? The Marvel Studios "crossovers" make sense because they're aimed at bringing together the Avengers, Marvel's essential superteam. Having the X-Men team up with the FF and/or Daredevil and Elektra has little precedent in the comics, and would frankly be entirely underwhelming. The X-Universe is its own niche, and there's plenty to do there: Fox should concentrate on that.

for the love of god close this thread before Fox gets the idea.

we need F4 and Daredevil back at Marvel :p

^no really seeing how imo first class was superior to both marvel outing of 2011 i say let them keep it

not to mention how well fox did rise of the apes too and they also have Prometheus which looks amazing

first class doesn't really negate the fact that they did

wolverine origins(horrible)
x3(Sucked)
DD(only really decent if you watch DC other wise its meh)
elecktra(marvel movie verse version of catwomen)
fantastic 4(****e)
fantastic 4 rotss(more ****e)

they earned the right to hold onto x-men and there's a lot of characters there to explore.far as dare devil goes sure they can take another crack at it if there serious about it.FF though i think at the moment marvel would benefit more from having it back then fox would from making another movie just to hold onto the rights

they need to work out a deal where, long story short:

-Marvel gets Daredevil etc, Silver Surfer etc & Daredevil ect or at least creative control
-Fox keeps X-Men and Marvel won't bother them
-Fox distributes DD, F4 and SS, as to still make money off them
-Deadpool could go either way (i'd love Deadpool in the MCU but he's not that intregal)

It takes years to get all this stuff set up. Marvel only needs to worry about their film properties and not a gazillion of movies to finance and set up that aren't superhero related.

I'd enjoy an X-Men Fantastic Four crossover. I think that'd be swell. Perhaps even still set in the 60s. Interesting.

Johnny Storm and Bobby Drake always made for a fun team-up (fire and ice, literally); and Reed and Charles make for a formidable brain trust. I don't see much for Sue and Ben to do, though....maybe Grimm can stand in for Colossus on Wolverine's fastball special? I dunno.

I'm just hoping for consistently good X-Universe following X:FC. I see no reason to cross FF and X-men over.

Get a single FF movie done correctly would be step number 1 before any sort of cross-talk should ever happen.

I agree. Fox's film franchises just dont lend themselves as well to crossovers. The X-Men are their own universe basically, with Wolverine being the only one that really branches out much. Fantastic Four could potentially fit in with Avengers (Marvel) and Spider-Man (Sony). Daredevil could have great crossovers with Spider-Man and Punisher (Marvel). So yeah, almost all of their crossover appeal is with othe studios, not at Fox.
