Enable Cookies. If that doesn't work, delete all your cookies, and then enable them again, and set SHH to "remember you"

I had this problem accessing SHH at an Internet Cafe recently, you might need to enable your cookies to accept multi sessions. If the admin prevents you to do this, you need to report for corrective actions.
