How do I make Symbiote Spider-Man in PhotoShop? Please help.

How would I turn this,

into this in PhotoShop?

The picture was from Spider-Man 2 and the user "hyzak" turned it into that.^
It's amazing.

How do I make a Spider-Man movie picture into Symbiote Spider-Man?
I've wanted to do it for awhile, but the best I could do was this.

It's hard to see the image of Spider-Man in it.

Please help. Thanks.

You can highlight the picture I made and see Spider-Man. It sucks though. That's the good thing about it being dark.

Desaturate the picture and then play with the Hue to get that bluish color.

Well, if you desaturate it, the hue won't change using the Hue/Desat. Menu. I'd use the lasso tool first to highlight just Spider-Man. Then, desaturate the selection, then play with the Brightness/Contrast to bump your highlights, then play with the Color Balance to get the blues you want.

Yes it will. I actually never saw that down there until you mentioned it. My mistake.
