Say what you will about the pairing (I'm in the wait and see camp, myself), but NPH sold that ending without even saying a word.

They're trying so hard to sell Robin and Barney together. But I'll always picture them together as the fatties in the diner. Nope nope nope. Go back to Nora, Barney.

They're different people now. Both have grown quite a bit since they broke up. They work.

Also, getting fat and nasty is the ultimate destination of all couples.

eh. I'll admit they work better now than they did before. But I'd still rather they have other people from outside of the group.

I don't want to see them end up together, and I thihk its more unlikely now that he'll end up with Nora, maybe with someone else. But yeah the ending was not what I expected. And I must say, as much as I like Nora, I haven't been feeling her the same as when she first appeared.

I just think it's stupid. Barney is a better friend, than he was a boyfriend when they were together. It was basically sex, sex, sex, avoiding any uncomfortable topic, and then when they had no way to avoid each other, it was nothing but fighting. And even when things settled down, ultimately they got tired of the relationship. I hate how Robin is suddenly into Barney, because he became for Nora the man, that he never was when he was with Robin.

If Robin finally wants to settle down, Ted is right there. The guy who treated her good from the start.

Robin did Sworly so wrong it was a real *****ebag thing to do to not only your friend but the man you love. However I do get that she is scared of what it means to be with Barney again.

Loved the episode tonight. So many ways Robin/Barney 2 could've ended up horribly but I think NPH was just on top of his game tonight. His lifetime of a second was just brilliant.

I think this sends him into old-school Barney mode.

What's more interesting to me is Ted's reaction when he saw Barney, he seemed hurt.

but, to me he didn't look hurt, I think he was more just feeling Barney's pain, after realizing that it's why he left Nora
