The way people argue over classic vs modern, I wonder if fans would like to see him with a few super suits in the movie.

For example you have the classic suit with trunks, a modern suit without trunks, a lead lined suit designed to keep Kryptonite away from him.

I think they should stick with classic. But I do understand some fans want a change, a solution might be to have a few different styles (but not more than a few or it would get ridiculous.)

Uh... Just one. Does he really need his own fashion line?

HA HA HA fashion line. I agree just one. I made sure to put it in my post so people don't think I personally want more than one. Just classic please.

LOL, I think it would be funny if he pulled a Calendar Man and had a different costume everytime he went into battle... he could have the traditional look, of course, then maybe a plaid suit with a bowler hat... then perhaps a purple bird costume... and to top it all off, a postal worker's uniform with fencing mask and black leather chaps.

And no *****e hair. Superman most not have Robert Pattinson *****e hair.

no dark tones, bright colours, the shield should b big and the pants should be higher. If they can add some sparkles I'm cool with that.

I'm mclovin the purple bird costume!!!!!!

I friggin die everytime I picture it.

Oh - wait - I'm a vampire.. I'm already dead....

well for costumes he is wearing in film series. I would prefer to just have one. That maybe has a few changes here and there over the course of a few films. Then also if we get into scifi stuff i wouldnt mind to see him in a space suit, or a suit made to protect him from kryptonite.

Sparkles????? :cmad:

I agree. Just the classic short hair. Can't go wrong with the classic.

Obviously Superman needs a ninja costume.

Great idea. . . and Burton's idea of the "knife" shield could be incorporated as a Kryptonian shooting star. . . . Only "deadlier". . . . . . :hehe:

I really like the black suit with the silver logo. But just for one scene like in SR. Then straight classic.

Ok, so assuming they go with the idea that the fortress is an out post, it be logical to have spare clothing, protective apparatus and gadgets there.

For all we know, the superman suit could be used by kryptonians as underwater clothing and the cape is an attachment to keep dry after.

Prehaps kryptonians wear a more regal version of the suit and the suit clark decides to wear could be a more leisurly approach to it.

Not saying i dig this, but you can kinda understand where i am coming from - either way it be good to a few metallic statues bearing variations of the superman suit.

I've always said, i'd like a scene wear clark is trying a suit on, flying around the antartic, just lost in thought, maybe wondering what it be like to be kryptonian, when he hears, or sees on a monitor in the fortress that there is danger, so severe he just reacts and flies there - it's such a public event that it's caught on camera and that is how superman is revealed -immediatly bringing hope to the city, world, he is seen as a symbol of hope... more so than the bat.

It makes clark then ponder... should superman be more than just a good deed, a blur in the sky as a cat gets pulled out a tree!
