How old are the characters supposed to be?

I was wondering what age are the main characters supposed to be as of season 7?

Well Apparently Chloe is 20 and Clark is 21 if i can recall correctly.

At the beginning of the series, Clark, Lana, & Chloe were all in the same grade, so they would've been 15. Add six years to that, so they're all 21. As for Lex, he's supposed to be 6 years older than Clark, so that makes him 27.

In the premier though it says that Chloe is 20.

when the show started, I was a sophomore in high school and the characters in the show were freshmen. So I'm guessing they are 20-21 (since I'll be 22 in November).

Nope. I thought so too, but someone here kept track of the birthdays on SV and Clark is by now actually just 18!!! Millar/Gough even stated Clark's age at the CCon this year. So Lex must now be just about 30, I think.

I know that makes no sense. I also thought that every season is 1 year in real time, but apparently it's not.

He turned 18 at the end of season 4.

He turned 19 at the end of season 5.

This logically means hes 19 turning 20 or just turned 20 by the end of season...

Clark turned 19 in Oracle in season 5. So he'd be 20.

  Clark's birthday is towards the end of the seasons (cited from "Oracle"), so he should be 20.

• Lana's birthday is towards the middle of the seasons (cited from "Craving"), so she should be 20.

• Chloe's birthday was cited in "Spell" as being towards the middle area of the seasons, but they goofed (IMO) and said she's 21.

• Lex should be 26 going on 27 (he was 9 during the meteor shower, and the "Pilot" took place 12 years later).

There was one bit that wasn't quite clear no matter how I enlarged it or stepped through it - but the part that was legible said something like "simulated hormones". Wish I could remember the exact wording.

Wish I could remember the exact wording.

That makes perfect sense. She was being injected with simulated hCG - the "pregnancy" hormone.

It does make sense - but I wonder where he was injecting her, and when. While she was asleep - but she never woke up? While she was awake - but he put something in it to make her forget she was getting the shots? She didn't seem itchy or sore in any particular place and nobody commented on bruises, so it was probably a fine needle and in someplace not very noticeable.

hCG is usually an injectable, but since this is SV-land and Lex has super scientists working for him, I think we can assume that he developed a tasteless liquid that he was slipping into her drinks. At least, that's what I'm going with.

yeah but for some reason I don't think Gough and Millar relaize the following they created for this show. Even though the episodes are somewhat medicore at times, the loyalty of the fans is amazing. Even I'm surprised at times. lol

I think there could have been the occasional injection, most likely given to her by the Doctor that Lex killed.

He looked a bit suspicious in Trespass when he was giving her the sedative for her blood pressure. I think that was a little cocktail of sedative and hormones.

Chloe Clark and Lana are 21/22 in the new season, with Clark being the oldest.

Jimmy is 22/23, mentioned in the episode where Chloe first talked about him, she said he was a year older.

Lois is supposed to be something like 25/26, a few years older than the rest, but a year or two younger than lex, who's supposed to be 27/28 in the newest season.

That's just what I've gathered from watching the show.

Lois is only a year older than Clark, Chloe, and Lana. At the start of season 4 where Clark was a high school senior, Lois was about to start college as a freshman. And I think Chloe and Lana are older than Clark. Clark's birthday is at the end of the season like the episode before the finale (see season 2 and 5). Lana's birthday is half way through the season (from the first season). I'm not sure when Chloe's birthday is, but according to that toe tag from Bizarro, she's 21.
