Whether it be help with homework, a trip to the store, a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen to, or just accompanying someone somewhere, how reliable are you when it comes to helping those around you? Do you offer to help in any way, even if you don't know what to do, or do you steer clear of people who need something? Do you only help certain people, but leave others to fend for themselves? If your friends or family were asked this question, would you be on the top of their list of people to call, or the bottom? How reliable do you think/know you are?
Personally, I'm a mixed bag. I used to go out of my way to let people know that I would be there for them with whatever they need, despite the fact that people never really asked me for much help. Though at the same time, there would be times when I would offer to help, and not have any idea of what to do. However, recently, I've sort of kept to myself a lot more and have not wanted to deal with anyone, so I've gone as far to tell people not to rely on me for anything because I will only disappoint them. Yet, there are a few people who I still try to help no matter what.
