How The Hell Do They Keep Going?

How do Marvel and DC come up with so many ideas? How do they keep going? How much longer can they last? Do you they'll ever run out of ideas? If so when? Because I find it amazing that they haven't run out of ideas yet.

i think it just has to do with evolution of the medium and a new creative teams every couple years or so. new arcs are not hard to do if the writer is god enough. dc and marvel both get top talent because they pay for it. dc seems to have better luck with creators in my opinion though.
