Bruh, that's exactly what I thought. I have a mutual friend that is friend's with the mom and that was literally my first thought. What kind of dumbass leaves a damn nail gun anywhere even remotely near where a child can access it?

There really needs to be some kind of test folks have to pass before they are allowed to procreate.

Baseball pitches sometimes accidentally hit players and that is part of the risk a batter has to accept, but purposefully hitting a batter with a baseball shoud result in serious punishment. I dont know how the umpire accurately determine what is an accident and what is a purposeful pitch towards a player's body. Thats the difference between a pitcher hitting a batter with a baseball and a batter hitting a pitcher with a bat. One obviously isnt an accident and has obvious clear intent. The other is harder to determine and prove.
