How would you deal with a Freshman who thinks he's a tough guy?

I got this Freshman in my Gym class that started a fight with me (a senior). I asked him if he knew if I was a senior and he said yes and told me to "watch my back" while at the end of class he was looking behind his back look to see where I was the whole time. Not only that he tried to get his friends to try to back him up. I'm 18. So if I go up to this kid and beat the crap out of him the school my put criminal charges on me. Or if I fight back I could probally get expelled because the school put the age of the student in consideration of the punishment. So how should I deal with this chump?

Follow him home, beat his ass in a dark alley, spit on him, drag him to the middle of the street and leave him there.

Wear gloves and be sure not to leave any DNA.

And not the Freshman, you! Quit being a ***** and kick his ass. The school wouldn't want the PR of pressing criminal charges against you so you will walk with a suspension. At worst a fine.

You don't have to actually fight the kid, just get up in his face and show him you aren't going to pus out. If he hits you first he's fair game.

Tell him how you feel about the situation and how you think it is wrong for the two of you to fight and hopefully he'll understand and throw the whole conflict away and you might even become friends.
