It would start it off with a monolouge and have Dick tell his origin as Robin, think the Titans clip where Raven sees Robin's origin, but add to it. Dick will say he was was a Flying Grayson and then his parents died, flash to scenes of them doing aerial tricks then to his parents falling and him crying. He moved in with Bruce, and became the Boy Wonder, a tall figure taking him into the mansion then the shadow swearing in ceremony in the cave. Then a brief reflection on him being Robin, a few scenes of him swinging, throwing a Batarang, etc.
Then have him leaving on a boat with two shadowy figures in the distance, he'll tell us they are Alfred and Bruce. Then use "The Lost Years" as a guide and show Dick Grayson working on his own and traveling, kind of like "The Lost Years" mixed with Batman Begins. This will end with him returning to the Manor, like in The New Batman Adventures and have him come from the shadows and say, "Hey no one can be a Boy Wonder Forever."
After, a voice over explaining why he's leaving Gotham and heading to Bludhaven, where the bulk of the movie takes place and we establish his supporting cast. He will fight a few thugs, which would lead to the big Nightwing vs. Blockbuster fight. After the fight we get another voice over and Dick explains that the city needs him and we see him in his first Police Academy class, then cut to the night where we see him patroling as Nightwing. They can even throw in a little end of Batman's cape to show us he was watching him.
The tagline of the film would be "No one can be a Boy Wonder Forever."
