I ask all who know more then regulary about the movie do you think the feats of strenght like :lifting, throwind and sustaining damage will be much more and harder then the first movie? The only thing i wana see again from the 1st movie is hulk throwing tanks.I know that he tosses humvee but not sure about tanks :)

Until Hulk hasn't beat Frank Costanza, Festivus will not be over.

I'm mostly concerned about the leaping. How far will he be able to leap in this movie, at the most? In the comics he could jump for miles.

I agree.

Hulk leaping great distances is his shtick. Producers shouldn't worry about Hulk using that ability to escape. Because if they write him correctly, his ego will not allow him to back down from a fight, even if he's getting his a$$ handed to him.

Plus Hulk getting blasted out of the sky would look WAYYY COOL!

Hulk fears no-thing.

Hmmm very good point, I was skeptical of this hulk jumping as far as Ang's did but the what you've said is 100% right. The Hulk we know wouldn't back down from a fight, he wouldn't just run away and even if he did make a run for it the military have planes and helicopters to follow him.

Yep. It's called imagination and staying true to the source material.

One thing I hope Marvel does with their universe, is to amp up the weaponry a little more advanced than the real world.

Yeah, i just showed my daughter the new clip and she commented on how effortlessly the Hulk shrugged of the copter's machine guns, when in the first one, Hulk was slightly hurt by Talbot's agents hand guns...(remember the scene wherer Talbot confronts Bruce at the house?)

I think the bullets hitting Ang's hulk were more of an annoyance than anything else.

I'd like to see Hulk lifting some massive weight in this film, flattening huge structures, serious havoc unleashed.

The signature moves he does in the tv clips- hand clap, floor smash = very cool.

Agreed, but he still put up his hands to shield himself from them. In the new clip he his shrugging off high caliber machine gun fire with no reaction at all...maybe he's more concerned with Betty's safety, but he didnt seem to even be in any pain...definitely more resilient then the last movie.

He throws the funvee where Tony Stark is in.

Did you not see the clip with Blonsky? That little handgun was giving him fits.

He always throws fits when people are shooting him.

Hell he throws fits when no ones shooting at him.

anybody notice that the ground smash almost looks like he's rippin a cord out of the ground? although im sure thats just the tremmor in the ground.

and Blonsky too, in the trailer.
he shot Hulk's face.

There's more than enough in what we've seen in trailers and clips to show that the Hulk is performing feats of strength left and right in this film.

He turned his head slightly. I dont know if that equates a "fit". I think he was already pissed at Blonsky about that whole grenade launching thing. :yay:

The Hulk just had a natural reaction. People flinch a bit more at objects heading towards the head, especially the eyes. As we see, none of the bullets actually bruise him. Plus, he takes all of that gatling gun fire to his tight-knit back and only a few pierce through.

Wow, this got ridiculous fast. I love message boards.

Nope. As far as the novel and script are concerned, his leaps are short and brief. I don't mind, personally. Not only does it follow physics, but these leaps help people forget about his actions in the "parallel universe" film (as I've so dubbed it).
