They have met only once AFAIK and the Hulk was the winner. It was a terrible story though with Gladiator far beneath any other appearance anywhere. Gladiator at his usual power levels would have demolished the Hulk with no effort.

gladiator is more powerful than supes and supes has kicked hulks ass before. didnt make sense them putting hulk knocking out gladiator in that book.

Logic would dictate that Hulk would get a major league ass rapage from Gladiator but since when do writers deal with logic.

That fight came right after a crossover in which Superman beat hulk.
They only did it because they wanted to make up for Hulk's loss by having him beat their own version of Superman.

Gladiator should have destroyed the Hulk.
