Okay, I hate them both. So, that makes this excruciatingly difficult. But, not really. I imagine the two in a fight and all I see is a flurry of limp wrists swatting air. Out of sheer luck, Pee Way lands a delicate swipe that sends etm crying for his mother. So, while niether is capable of killing anyone, save for an accidental fly hovering in etm's natural, um, must, I guess Parker Wayne has the upper hand... albeit weak and lanky.
