I am a little worry for those who bought Bank Robber Joker from Statue Toys

Ok, is it just me or is this totally F'd up?

The date they are expecting Bank Robber Joker is DEC 2009!!!!!!!!?????????? What in gods name is that? I pre ordered that sucker and I HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR??????????? Is this a typo or is this the worst possible way of punishment to me?
