Never really used it before but had just heard about it in passing as a kind of hipster trend, now I can't get enough.

I use it to send notifications to my phone whenever an RSS feed I follow updates. It's pretty useful.

Yeah, I have it send a text whenever someone gets my voicemail. Basically saying you're a luddite for not texting me in the first place.
