Chris O'Donnell and Jack McBrayer ("30 Rock") are the live-action stars of Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow's Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, which is being directed by Brad Peyton.

Andrew Lazar is producing the CGI-blended movie via his Mad Chance along with former Warner Independent head Polly Cohen, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The movie continues the story of the battle between cats and dogs for control of Earth. Ron Friedman and Steve Bencich wrote the script.

The live-action portions of the film already are in production in Vancouver, with voice casting to come

This can't be going to theaters. I saw the first one as a kid in theaters and thought it sucked. This has got to be going under the Warner Premier line.

I think I saw the first one. If it's where Tobey Maguire was a beagle then I'm sure I watched it with the wife and enjoyed it. Not enough though to warrant a sequel, but you never know.

I think the dogs in the movie sucked but the cats were ****ing awesome. The ninjas cats, the russian spy, Omg classic... If they can come up with a better script that focused more on the cats this could be awesome.
