Every relationship is different, so what's really going to matter is what your girl is willing to accept with regards to your last little fling. If it's going to truly damage your relationship with her, you need to take a step back and consider that. However, you also need to think in terms of whether it's compromise on your part to not have a bachelor party or if she's just demonstrating an unwillingness to compromise herself and is using it as a control issue with you because that's not a healthy way to begin a marriage, either. Sounds like the two of you have a lot to talk about.

.... no one is perfect, but there a is a pretty big line between wrong and right.

If he's going to be married and regret something and has a reason (doesn't have to be a good reason...) but something he's upset about that he can't do in the marriage is not a good thing.

I hate to say this, but maybe marrying this woman wouldn't be the best thing for him or for her.

It could work of course.... but come on, you're spouse is somebody you're supposed to do anything with... if you can't get your sexual desires satisfied with the person you are marrying it might be a wrong match.
