I haven't slept in 45 hours and 15 minutes

    I've decided to keep a journal about it.

    44 Hours 55 Minutes: Took a shower to remove the overwhelming stench. Intended to wash body, wash hair and wash face, in that order. Body and hair went well, but problems arose in the face department. Instead of pouring face cleaning liquid in my hand, used shampoo. Took 35 seconds of looking at shampoo to realize that it wasn't face cleansing liquid. Washed my hair again so as not to waste shampoo. Then poured even more shampoo into my hand. Discarded it in disgust. I fear my sanity is coming to an end. Note: I'm running out of socks.

    I've alrady been awake for 45 hours and 15 minutes, that was from 25 minutes ago.


    45 Hours 30 minutes: Keep checking ESPN.com, even though know there's no sports news in middle of night. Boredom or have Paranoid delusions begun already? Not yet sure. In related note, Wikipedia has interersting thoughts on stripteases

    Well, I don't, at least not at the office. Which doesn't seem to ahve anything to do with the initial comment. :confused: There've been three posts in this line of discussion and I'm already having trouble wrangling 'em. That's the insanity kicking in, I'm sure of it

    [​IMG] Found this to be mind bogglingly giggle-inducing. Not that funny, actually, clearly going into hysterics. On plus side, hands shaking enough to counterbalance natural tremor that leads to so many mistypings. Posts now generally eror free. But is it worth becoming homicidally insane... Further investigation needed.

    The longest I went without sleep was 33 hours. I was working all these weird shifts and I couldn't get sleep because of it and I ended up crashing at a friends house on his parents couch and slept for 4 hours.

    On the plus side, my hair was still a little wet when I took my nap and it ended up looking really adorable.

    Isn't it weird how your body emits horrible oders when you've been awake too long? I wonder what that means, and if this cleanses your body in any way.

    I don't get enough sleep but in no way have I EVER gone without sleep like that.
