That's a good question. There are a couple of factors to consider.

It's hentai, right? So it's just drawn. It would piss off the law big style if you had pictures/movies of actual kids being molested.
Factor number 2. How graphic is it? If it's very, why the hell are ya even watching it? But anyway... I'm not sure how the law views hentai child porn.
