Can you speak the language or are you getting a tour guide?

Just stick to American FooD. If you try stuff and get sick, then you'll miss out on the fun. There are lots of beautiful sites to see, museums and such...And the culture. Ah the culture. If you want to miss all of that by eating turtle and getting sick....Like, it's not that it would be gross but you're not used to it. Eating strange things is often fun....but only when it's safe. You don't know the rules for cleanliness in restaraunts in other countries.

And those guide things they give you aren't always accurate. Just be careful...
