I need some help with a Portable Media player, and Windows media player 11! (syncing)

ok i know its not the right type of forums for this, but these are the only boards i really come to....
ok...i have problems with syncing my device....


i bought a creative Zen Vision M so i can store all my music, and videos on there (and also use it as a portable player),,, instead of taking up space on my home computer...

everytime i link up the zen to the computer and have WMP running it changes up everything.... like after i synced it the 1st time,

i deleted the music from my computer and kept it on my Zen but then i connect it again to WMP and all the music and videos get deleted!!!! jus like i did on the computer

is there a way to stop this! like how it was with itunes and ipod, like manually update everything...so jus add music when i want to, and video....instead of it jus duplicating everything media related from my computer to my zen everytime its connected.. (including alllllll my pictures)
im sorry if its the wrong place to ask...if so can some one point me in the right direction to find answers... i tried all the trouble shooters

I have that problem with my Iriver. There should be a preference on what you want to download to you player. There's probably a box you need to check to download only certain types of content.

Your best bet is to look on the Creative website for support or do a general google search, and maybe find a forum for this problem specifically.

Sorry can't be more help. The syncing for WMP doesn't seem very good to me, half the time my playlists won't download and sometimes the music doesn't download.

Sorry I can't help only other suggestion would be to reformat the player if you can and try again.

You can always try posting the question on Yahoo Questions...you might get an answer there

Got a question for you.
Does the MP3 player show up as a Drive on your computer, like an USB flash drive?

no it comes as media storage device, i installed the creative zen software 2.
