If Batman gets a solo movie. What Villians?

With Superman v Batman on its way I wonder if they will make a solo Batman movie after or they will go straight in to a Justice League movie.

If Batman does get his own solo outing first which Villian would you like to see get a chance on the big screen.

Personally I would like to see a more articulated approach to Mr Freeze show of his smart's more this time or a Riddler with a touch of Jigsaw style, making his riddles not only difficult but deadly would be awesome to see as well. Also im guessing these new DC films will step away from the same degree of realism that Nolan's had so this could be a good chance to see Killer Croc pop up as well maybe in more of an muscle/enforcer roll like Bane in Batman Forever
