Actually proving there is a devil is counter-productive to proving there is a God, at least in christianity. Due to this fact, how do you have a God that is all knowing and all powerful and have an equally powerful force in the name of Evil. What this says is there is an equally powerful deity and that God is not all powerful and that there's a chance he could lose, which is the EXACT opposite of what the Bible preaches so your statement is wrong in correlation to God at least in terms of Christianity, which is why the Catholic Church often plays down the role of the Devil

The Devil is not quite as pwerful as God. He's not all knowing. He's merely good at manipulating the weak minded and ill of heart. He's flawed, unlike God, as well.
