If there was a season 3, what do you think would have happened?

Well, for sure there was going to be Hobgoblin and Scorpion. Something with Kraven was confirmed as well, I remember. Greg Weisman also stated that Norman Osborn's death would be public (as well as the identity of the Green Goblin, I believe), and that a charred body was recovered in the water tower as a dupe.

I was personally hoping/thinking Miles Warren would become the Jackal sometime down the line. We probably would have seen more of the gang war story expand and get more dangerous.

Well we would have likely seen hydroman and scorpion as a few new villains. Maybe harry dons the mantle of green goblin with maybe norman returning from hiding. And drama between peter/harry over gwen affection.

Wait...what? How would Peter be disappointing Gwen in their relationship when they DON'T have a relationship? For all we know, Harry will be doing his best to keep Gwen all to himself or until Gwen finally has enough. I doubt Pwen/Gweter would have started a relationship and only until the very end of season three.

And also, Mysterio would likely return as well and the same would go for Rhino and Shocker.

Sandman...I have no idea what his storyline would be like in season three.

Of course we'll see Hobgoblin and Scorpion. We'll probably see more of the tensions with Peter, Gwen, and Harry. Harry will surely try to keep Gwen with him as long as he can. A return of the Lizard.

Norman did mention McGargen's name when he was on the phone with him, so i guess that can kind of hint that it's coming. I think since it was a kids show we wouldn't see the death of gwen stacy but then cletus cassidy also made a cameo in season 2 i think. So i think we would see carnage. Maybe now that green goblins out of the way we would see someone steal the tech and become hobgoblin which i really can't picture in that show. Maybe doc conners can transform into the lizard again cause the gene cleanser didn't really do a good job? or something like that. lol
But if carnage were in it, for sure a spidey-venom team up. And more gang wars, I guess a new sinister six but we've seen that to many times.

There would have been a different Sinister Six for each season. Also, Hobgoblin and Scorpion were confirmed. There probably would have been another Gang War Arc, a Hobgoblin Arc, a Scorpion/Jonah Arc, and some other arc.

I personally believe that we would have seen more of people in Peter's work life getting involved in his superheroics.

When it comes to Jonah: We would have seen Spider Slayers, leading up to Scorpion, showing the extremes Jonah will go to just to get Spider-Man. However this will all start to come back to bite him back as both Scorpion and Spencer Smythe will start to target Jonah.

When it comes to Ned, we will see him starting to investigate the Hobgoblin, as he was given both Spider-Man and Green Goblin. We may see him unmasked as the Hobgoblin like Harry was unmasked as the Green Goblin. Also, worth mentioning in this is that we would have seen more of Roderick Kingsley, who is trying to get into organized crime. Another thing we probably would have seen is the Belladonna story, showing a victim of Kingsley's white collared crimes coming back for revenge.

With Robbie, his past with Tombstone will come back to haunt him as the crime lord is now crippled. It was mentioned that there were plans for their relationship.

As mentioned in other plans, there were plans with Kraven and John Jameson that were connected. Maybe that suggests Man Wolf?

Plans with Emily Osborn were also mentioned...would she have been a sweet mother to contrast with Norman's cruelty? Or would she have been just as bad as her husband toward her son...we know she was likely to be voiced by Marina Sirtis...

Why not? He's one of the most interesting Villains that's been introduced since BND. And he's deadlier now more than ever.

The Gauntlet is a good example.

I think a lot of focus would have shifted to Roderick Kingsley. He would have been the Norman of the third season. Consistently having his fingerprints in various deeds.

More insight into the man that was L. Thompson Lincoln. And his connections to other characters.

More development with Peter, Gwen and even Harry's possible involvement trying to keep them apart. Remember they decided not to get together because Harry lost his father.

The return of some form of sinister six. Possibly with Scorpion in this incarnation after he appears in his debut. JJJ will definitely be involved since his hatred for Spiderman continued to grow after blaming Spidey for his son's mental condition.

Connors would have reverted back to Lizard.

Miles Warren was rapidly becoming a major factor in this series and would have continued his illegal experiments affecting many people.

Black Cat had unfinished business with Spidey and I think she was about to unintentionally make trouble for leaving her father in prison.

More development with supporting players, Liz, Flash, MJ etc.

Gang War 2.

Ock going on a personal rampage once and for all for Spidey.

I suspect a change for Sandman when he returns.

Stuff we already know like Hobgoblin and Mac Gargan. I suspect the producers of this show were going to do something different with Hobby.

Did you miss the entire episode where Spidey had to test Norman's prison security and he faced all of the villains he put in there. Black Cat was also there trying to break her father out. It happened to be the man who shot Uncle Ben. Very significant story between Spidey and Cat.
