Exactly. If there's one film in the entire history of cinema that should remain untouched, it's The Godfather, one of my favorite movies since I was about 8.

If they remade this movie I would personally kill the man who did it. The same reason I am gunning for Gus Van Sant for remaking Psycho, with Vince Vaughn and Anne Heche no less. There needs to be a punishment for that.

I don't think the thread starter is suggesting the Godfather be remade, but rather wondering if anyone can think of an actor who could possibly fill the shoes of Brando in what is (arguably) one of his best performances.
