But technically, depending on the extent of your mind control abilities, you could alter peoples entire moral system, even erasing the definition of rape.

Also in any given encounter when one attempts to persuade someone to do something, is it not the persons who has the best coaxing ability who often gets the prize. In that regard, since no women/man would naturally come to the decision of sleeping with person X on their own without coaxing, everything could be considered rape. Especially since in this case, unlike a physical assault, you have someone actually consenting.
