IHOB sounds like a drunk is mispronouncing the name IHOP. Tho I suppose that's fitting considering drunks are a large part of IHO's late night customer base. Should have changed it to IHOW. Waffles are the superior breakfast food. Or IHOC because Crepes are the next best thing when you're not feeling waffles.

As for what it could mean, hmm, International House of Biscuits or International House of Breakfast. The latter seems most likely. I suspect IHO wants to seem more inclusive for all breakfast types rather than focusing on a single breakfast food.

Seems it would've been easier to just say they're selling burgers instead of changing everything to say IHOb.
