Hey people...I have a favor to ask of all of you...and one of you will win the new graphic novel "But I Like It" signed by Joe Sacco for helping me out!!
I've been working in the music business for a few years and have just started a website that involves fans more than any other endeavor I can recall...I'll be giving away backstage passes and signed cds and all sorts of stuff and let fans ask their favorite rock stars questions and its going to be a GREAT site for music fans...
This is the first week the sites been up, and I now have an interview with award winning writer/comic artist Joe Sacco. We discuss his new book about his experiences in the music industry and its a pretty fun read. You can check out the interview here...

Okay, since my site is new the forum is pretty dead (hey, its only been 5 days) but I want to jumpstart it. So...
Go to my forum and register...heres the url:

Then go to the Land Of the Dorks forum...
Theres a thread at the top of the page called "The But I Like It" Contest/comics thread"...
Just post about your favorite comics in that thread...and everyone who does before July 29 is entered into a random drawing to win the signed book (and the cd that goes with it).
And before you think theres no chance of winning...the site is pretty slow...only a few people have entered the music contests on the music board...the odds of winning aren't bad at all...unfortunately
Joe (and Fantagraphics) were awesome to work with and I really want to make them feel at home on my site, so I encourage all of you to read the interview and to enter the contest!
While you are there...if you're a music fan...I have 3 contests going on over on the Anarchy (music) Forum...you might as well enter to win a signed My Chemical Romance cd, a signed Misfits poster, and a signed Lamb Of God/Fear factory tour poster...
Sorry to the mods if this is considered spam...SHH! is the only comic forum I post at so I figured what the hell?? Maybe some people here will want to enter the contests and stick around my site.
