I'm Not Messing Around, I'm Doing Important Stuff in The Superhero Cinematic Civil War Thread - Part 61

Cavill's such a ****ing grifter :funny:. So funny.
And he's not even a good enough actor to hide it. He's basically an OnlyFans model who gets to be in movies. Which you know, good for him for securing the bag. But future generations will wonder how this all happened. :funny:

Blatantly fake and yet i feel like this is more or less what the real thing will look like. :o

That’s so mean.

At least OnlyFans models can fake enthusiasm once in a while.

So the post-credit scenes count as a movie on a picture deal?
Yeah. Look at Samuel L Jackson. Iron Man was the first movie for his intial 9 movie contract.
Nah being contracted for a certain number of movies doesn’t mean you get paid the same for each movie. If it’s a cameo you’ll get paid for a cameo (which I’m sure is still more than I make in a year lol). It just means you haven’t fulfilled that contract with the studio until you’ve done that many movies. Which is why actors (like Chris Evans) often try to negotiate the number down…if you already have a career, there’s not much to gain from being obligated to 9 appearances of varying length/prominence that will almost certainly cause you to miss out on other roles. Meanwhile the studio is under no obligation to give you all those appearances and can drop you at any time.
Along those lines, do you think Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan got paid for that Ant-Man post credits scene or are the rules different if it's a scene lifted from another movie, in this case Civil War?

I'm not 100% sure but I would think that wouldn't count. Its essentially a preview trailer for an upcoming movie. I would think it would be similar to when movies use archive footage. Could be wrong though.

My guess is they were paid, cause that is using their likeness in the movie. But it wasn't a movie in the contract and probably was a flat fee

Listen if we can have a 6’2 wolverine and no one cares, we can have a smaller Wonder Woman, maybe just get her on a major bulk/weightlifting/magic Hollywood diet (steroids) program
