I'm Not Messing Around, I'm Doing Important Stuff in The Superhero Cinematic Civil War Thread - Part 61

The only way Silver Samurai and Viper even make sense is if this is a Spider-Man/X-Men crossover movie.

Supposedly it's based off concept art. Considering it's an MCU film, and they've got their in-house art department, I wouldn't be shocked if something was mislabeled as a potential Secret Wars thing or whatever. Both those characters being included as a setup for a cross-over with Shang-Chi makes zero sense for anyone.

This isn't the first time Marvel has published a comic that continues an existing animated universe. Years before X-Men '97 was greenlit, Marvel published a different continuation of the classic cartoon called X-Men '92.

Does this have the approval of show creator John Semper?! Or is this just Marvel trying to capitalize on nostalgia without context?

Regardless, it gives me a little hope. Before there was X-Men 97, we had the 92 comic.

Feige needs to stop playing with high school Spidey, get John Semper and Christopher Daniel Barnes and get to it.

I wish it were written by John Semper BUT they fot J.M. Dematteis writing this instead and he is, IMO, one of the greatest Spiderman writers of all time.

Anyone but the bigot, please.

I thought she was more of an anti-vaxxer then a bigot, but maybe she said something I missed?

Something weird I've noticed with the Thunderbolts forums.
