Oh he’s a bad person. Him and Scarlett as the co-leads would be super troubling on that level. Bardem is just as bad as Scarlett too.

I’m sure Pitt’s a troubling person behind the scenes but man some of his performances in the last stretch of his career have just been remarkable. Moneyball, OUATIH, he even crushed it in F1. I think it’s Bardem though; I can see the Chigurh gif on Matt Reeves’ Twitter timeline already

More seriously... I'm not sure I really want to see him here.
I realize that the franchise always had very recognizable faces, right from Burton's film with an already iconic Nicholson, but I don't know... As with DiCaprio, these are actors that I can't completely forget to see the character they are playing (I know, it's an unpopular take..).

Eh, I get what you’re saying but that’s simplistic imo. Everyone I’ve ever talked to who works in film or on film sets has always said it’s the same ratio of ******* to normal person in any workplace. Obviously, fame does bad things to people’s heads and can be super toxic but I don’t really buy into the Famous People All Bad narrative.

Bit of an out there theory, but Pitt would make a really good Earth One inspired Harvey Bullock. We know the movie will deal with media manipulation, and this version of Bullock was like, a washed up reality TV persona. Could have a connection to Vicki Vale or something.
