This is the place for all things tech, so I'm asking you guys and girls for some advice.
My cousin is soon coming over from Italy to live in Australia. Although she'll be phoning her family often, her younger sisters have asked if she would use YouTube as a means of postin videos of her time here.
So I've suggested her buying a digital still camera, and since she's staying at my place and I have a Mac with imovie 09, I thought this would be the perfect chance to give my editing bug a scratch.
So the question is, what type of Digital Still Camera is perfect for shooting video and stills, plugging into my Mac and importing directly into iMovie...no strings. And if anyone can help, I'd love to know if others have used these cameras themselves and their thoughts.
