I liked it, it's a huge crossover story so the art changes frequently and some of it is complete ass, but the story is pretty solid. Aside from the whole "Bruce Wayne is the mask, Batman is the real persona" thing, but that's changed now so it doesn't matter.
I just read Batman: Murderer? the other day, and I really liked the Batman-centered issues in the book...and even the Gotham Knights issues, but for the life of me I'll never understand why they collected the other crossovers into the TPB. All told, they seemed kinda sorta totally pointless.
Personally, I'm thinking of only reading the Batman and Detective issues in the Fugitive TPBs.
If I remember correctly, the non-Batman/DC issues in the Fugitive TPB deal mainly with the Bat-Family playing detective and trying to figure it all out when Bruce is in prison. That's most of the story right there and i'd say it's definately worth reading.
