Ink still in the movie?

Its not on Lexi's site cause I guess its not official yet, but someone submitted to IMDB and wikipedia that Keram Malicki-Sánchez is playing Ink. I don't really know who this guy is. Apparently he was in American History X but I don't remember him in it. He looks creepy and all but he also looks WICKED young for somone to be playing a mobster. Plus he looks a little like a John Connor or a Spider-Man casting reject

I didn't even know Michael Hall had a character name yet in the movie. I thought it was supposed to be kept under wraps.
