Internet Explorer problem

Hi, i have a problem with my menus, instead of being able to see file, edit, view, favorites, etc, all across the top, all i can see is file, and then an arrow that when i click on it, brings up all the menus, but i just want them all listed across the top, and they were until just a while ago when my computer started acting up and i restarted, and when i opened up ie, the menus had shrunk into the arrow thing

actually, i've kind of figured it out, it's to do with my google toolbar, i need someone to tell me how to move it down one level so it's not cramping my edit and view etc menus and forcing them into an arrow

I dont know how to sort it but
