None of them really look like that figure(which looks smaller than either of these two types) so maybe the figure is a 3rd type.

We can't know at this point but I'd say it's likely that they are drones like the real life Predator is a drone; i.e. not AI or anything like that but remote controlled by an operator at a distance.

I know Redd said that its gonna be something like Iron Man vs War Machine Vs Drones. I really would like to know what happens to Whiplash. I guess thats one thing that I can be surprised about when the actual film comes out.

I'm really wondering how they'll put that Mark V in the movie. Probably for some special mission. And I might pick up the War Machine one.

It pretty much makes sense to have a prototype armor to the new Triangular Chest piece armor, Mark VI. I guess thats why the armor looks so weird. So basically its like Mark II to Mark III

It's been know for a while now, sadly. Hasbro is pretty much the reason why I'm 90% on the way to quitting all things Marvel toys. They just ruin everything.
