Well, in that certain drawing, compared to that photo it does have striking similarities.

Though every other picture of Peter taking his mask off looks nothing like Dane Cook.

Yeah, we've noticed that. I would actually prefer to keep Spidey and Dane as seperate in my mind as possible, so I really dislike that pic.

the answer is that peter does not look like him, yet he was drawn like him on that cover. heh...damn im good.
