Is it time for a new Punch-Out?

Ever since SNES, they have yet to go back to this franchise. Other companies have attempted to imitate it, but without the characters and the gameplay, they failed. Horribly. I want Glass Joe, Piston Hurricane, and the rest back in full glory, either on DS or Wii. With the stylus or nunchuk, it could be pretty fun.

Imagine two Wii-motes one in each hand and you have to keep your guard up and find the punches. This would be a great FUN demonstration of the limitless possibilities of motion control.

You would just need a wiimote and nunchuck since the ninchuk also has a motion sensor.

I can live without Icarus for a minute. It's time they use this next gen technology to provide us with some more detailed CG versions of the classic Punch-Out characters.

Icarus and Punch Out are the two franchises I want revisited most for the Wii.

Punch Out for the Wii will be great. We'll see how Wii boxing works out and then a Punch Out game could be a possibility.

Yeah, Wii needs a new Punch-Out!!, I mean, the NES one was way better than Super Punch-Out!!, but modeling gameplay similarly to Super-Punch-Out!! might be better. Not that they were radically different or anything
