Is it too soon for a Heroes ongoing comicbook series?

Do you think Heroes needs to fall farther off the radar in order to be an ongoing comic? Would a continuing web comic do better than a print one in Heroes case? What do you think?

These characters are dead. It's better to just accept it and move on then hope to see them again.

I agree with that, but part of Kring's last interview is that the concept is still very ripe. I could see a comic book series exploring new characters, an 'in continuity reboot.' Perhaps it needs more time. But for many people Heroes != Peter Petrelli and Co.
