I think cosmetic surgery is a luxury but they make it sound like a necessity in the article.

Women are under extreme pressure to maintain a youthful and conventionally attractive appearance, in the workplace and elsewhere – we can even be fired for not wearing makeup-up

I was writing a really long rant but I decided I didn't want to bring a ****storm of backlash from the few females here on the Hype down on me so suffice it to say no, I don't think it's sexist.
